As a consequence of the latest regulatory changes regarding the processing of Opening of Activities in the City Council of Madrid, the Responsible Declaration is the general procedure to open, modify or carry out works in a new or existing activity.
This is a document signed by an interested party in which he/she states that he/she complies with the regulations in force and that he/she has the documentation to prove it. Likewise, the interested party undertakes to maintain its compliance during the exercise of its activity. ECU SCI offers the possibility of making a Voluntary Preliminary Report that guarantees the viability of the action, offering a great help for the management, processing and presentation of the Responsible Declaration.
There are specific activities or works that are subject to prior licensing and cannot be processed through the Responsible Declaration procedure. In summary, they are:
