PERIODIC INSPECTION OF REFRIGERATION INSTALLATIONS

Periodic inspections of Refrigeration Installations, according to the provisions of R.D. 552/2019, following the following criteria:

• Every 10 years for level 2 installations.
• Every 5 years the facilities have a fluorinated refrigerant charge of less than 500 tons of CO2 equivalent, but equal to or greater than 50 tons of CO2 equivalent.
• Every 2 years the installations have a fluorinated refrigerant charge of less than 5000 tons of CO2 equivalent, but equal to or greater than 500 tons of CO2 equivalent.
• Each year the facilities have a fluorinated refrigerant charge of more than 5,000 tons of CO2 equivalent.
